Duloe Pre-School has been successfully established since 2015 and we are delighted with the progress and feedback we have had during this time.
Our children love their time at Pre-School! We focus on developing each child in-line with the EYFS curriculum in a fun, friendly, caring environment, ensuring a smooth transition to school life.
Parents can register their interest in the pre-school with the school secretary or the pre-school manager.
At Duloe pre-school, we have an excellent team of dedicated staff with a wealth of knowledge of the Early Years requirements who will provide a first class pre-school environment for your child.
It is our aim that all children feel loved and secure in the absence of their parents. We will provide a wide range of experiences including creative play, sensory exploration and quiet and relaxing times throughout the day.
Specifically designed resources and flexible spaces enable children to play together and learn from each other within a happy school environment.
OFSTED 2015 - "the school provides outstanding early years provision. Children enjoy their learning in a well-resourced, exciting classroom and outdoor environment. The learning environment will be improved even further in September with the opening of a new purpose-built classroom. This demonstrates leaders' absolute commitment to provide the very best start to the youngest children's education"
All 3 to 4-year-olds in England can get 570 free hours per year. It’s usually taken as 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year but you can choose to take fewer hours over more weeks. Some 3 to 4-year-olds are eligible for 30 hours free childcare a week. Check if you’re eligible and find out how to apply.
The free early education and childcare: must be with an approved childcare provider and stops when your child starts in reception class (or reaches compulsory school age, if later). You may have to pay for extra costs like meals, nappies or trips. You can get it from the term after your child’s 3rd birthday.
If you book sessions that go above the funded hours you will be charged. Sessions are booked for the term and can be paid via your ParentPay account. Payments are required 1 week in advance.
